Thank you for commenting, we will surely help you out. Once check your Network symbol on the mobile display (Mobile should be 4G). If it is showing full signal strength, that means there is no network error. Next, check your Recharge Plan validity. And Final one Remove SIM Card from SIM Slot and place it back, try to use 1st SIM Slot always. There is no issue with these two, please contact your nearest Jio Store.

i have a jio number with activated IR. My balance of Rs 933.09 in the first recharge is finished but my plan is valid until 2nd Dec 2022. Now I have recharged with Rs 1102.
